Preference will be given to households that live or work in Housing Region 1 (Bergen, Hudson, Passaic and Sussex Counties).

Located in the Borough of Metuchen, Middlesex County, 21 Station Place offers a two-bedroom, low-income apartment and a 3-bedroom, moderate-income apartment to income-qualified applicants. A random selection will be held for all preliminary applications received on or before 3:00 PM, July 12th, 2023. Subsequent to the deadline, the waiting list will be closed. A preference will be given to households that live or work in Housing Region 3 (Hunterdon, Somerset, and Middlesex Counties).Other Restrictions apply.
