You may have found that your coaching clients are now desiring to have more meaning and purpose in their lives. They are looking for more over and above the usual life goals and want to nurture a spiritual dimension to their day to day existence.
This doesn’t necessarily mean a conventional religious faith nor does it mean fashionable woo woo leanings either. This also goes for individuals too.
It means they are leaning towards a deeper connection with others, the planet and most importantly with themselves outside of work, goal setting the day to day commitments of family, relationships, hobbies and pursuits. They are seeking meaning.
Over the 10 years of running the Pure Coaching Academy students are saying they were drawn to the course because of the unique offering of the Spirituality module; an inclusion that other academies do not boast.
As a coach of over 20 years, I am increasingly seeing it in my own clients too; a yearning for meaning and peace and to feel that they are making the most of life by living on purpose and with a purpose. A spiritual wellness and connection is all part of the human condition but one we often neglect.
