Calling all gardeners! We are in need of a few more volunteers this weekend. This is a wonderful opportunity to spend time in the Park Siding Park gardens and visit with fellow CIDNA residents.

No experience necessary, tools are provided, all are welcome.

Please help with the continuing restoration of South Cedar Point by pulling garlic mustard. It’s an invasive weed that can kill other plants and trees around it.

All you need is a pair of gloves and eyewear, such as sunglasses. Also bring a hand trowel or spade if you have one. Volunteers will meet at South Cedar Point parking lot across from 25th Street and Cedar Shore Drive. 

Volunteers need to complete the 2023 Volunteer Waiver and review MPRB safety guidelines/agreement terms before beginning service in the parks:

Join Council Member Lisa Goodman at the University of St. Thomas, downtown Minneapolis campus.

This month please join us to receive as we get a Legislative Update from our State Representatives Senator Scott Dibble and Representative Frank Hornstein. They will fill us in on all the work that was accomplished during the most recent session and to answer any of your questions on this session or proposed ideas for future sessions.

Lunch is available to purchase for $10, please let Zach know if you would like to purchase a lunch with your RSVP by Friday, May 26.
