Airdrie's Amazing Workplace Award Recipient
|
|
The Airdrie Chamber of Commerce was very proud to accept the The Pink Wand Amazing Workplace Award in the airdrielife Magazine 2022 Amazing Women Awards on April 28th. Special thanks to airdrielife for hosting such a lovely evening.
We make a tremendous effort to support one another and set out to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for our staff, volunteers and members. It was fantastic to see so many women, and a few men, in person at the event to lift each other up and celebrate the caring people we have in our city. Our team is thankful for each other and our community for recognizing us for the Amazing Workplace Award. We are very proud of the work that we do to support our business community and are humbled by the amazing people we work with every day!
This award is given to a business or organization that has created an environment of support and equality for women – this award is presented to the business/organization as a whole, not to any one individual.

Wild Ruby Rose Farm is a family owned and operated farm. Their passion for agriculture and desire to share the benefits of fresh, quality, ethical and sustainable food was the spark for this project of love.
The idea to help make urban hens more attainable, came from the love of having backyard hens ourselves. Their mother, daughter and daughter-in-law team of Jennifer Lutz, Lindsay Ehler, and Amanda Lutz, aim to make the process as seamless and fun as possible. They ensure you receive hens that are laying and take the pressure of winterizing your flock for you. By renting their coops, you'll get hens, waterer, feeder and everything you need to keep your backyard friends happy, so that they will give you breakfast!
Can't get more local or fresh than food created in your own backyard!
Wild Ruby Rose Farm is here to ease your farm to table concept. Urban hens are an ever growing adventure. Grow it so you know it!
