Sara Galletly is a BVI and Cayman Islands Partner based in Mourant's Cayman Islands office. Sara leads the Caribbean Regulatory Team across Mourant's BVI, Cayman, Honk Kong and London offices, focussing on BVI and Cayman regulatory developments impacting fund, finance and corporate structures and regulated entities. Sara has significant Cayman and BVI regulatory experience; including in relation to AML/CFT/CPF and financial sanctions compliance, beneficial ownership, CRS/CbCR/FATCA classification, compliance and reporting, data protection and economic substance, as well as regulatory queries, licensing applications, inspections and enforcement matters for all regulated entities. Prior to specializing in regulatory law, Sara's offshore practice focused on investment funds (both hedge funds and private equity), as well as general corporate law and structured finance transactions. Prior to joining Mourant in 2016, Sara worked for an offshore law firm for nine years in both their London and Cayman Islands offices.

Professor Jangwoo Lee is a esteemed Emeritus Professor at Kyungpook National University, President of the World Cultural Industry Forum (WCIF), founding member and co-Chair of the Korea Cultural Industry Forum and Chairman of the Daegu International Music Festival. Professor Lee has also participated in various advisory committees on behalf of the South Korean Government. He has served as a consultant for several high-tech companies in South Korea. Professor Lee is a prolific author, having published more than ten books & written various articles that were featured in a multitude of international journals, earning him accolades such as the US Journal of Management’s Top Editorial Award.
Andrea Williams

Andrea Williams is the managing attorney of Williams Law LLC, a firm she formed in 2020 after having spent the bulk of her career as a general counsel with a leading Swiss financial institution in the Cayman Islands. Her practice is split between private client matters and intellectual property, sports and entertainment law. She represents a number of artists and global live music promoters engaged in cross border business. Andrea is the founder and owner of Deep Roots Entertainment Ltd, the producer of Cool Out 2023, an annual music industry conference hosted by the International Association of Entertainment Law (IAEL) with songwriting camps hosted by the Songwriters of North America (SONA) and live musical showcases. Andrea is also a co-founding director of the Caribbean Chapter of SONA, an adjunct professor of law at the International College of the Cayman Island, VP of the Business & Professional Womens Club of Grand Cayman and a member of the 100WF, American Bar Association and IAEL.
