Getting the right kind of treatment at the right time can make a big difference for individuals and families. The gold standard of care for early psychosis uses a multi-element approach that is team based. In this webinar, we will be discussing how Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) started, the core components of CSC and some guiding principles to CSC. OnTrackNY is a Coordinated Specialty Care model, and during this training we will share examples of how the CSC model has impacted young individuals who were experiencing their first episode in psychosis.
You will earn a certificate for participating in this webinar. CEUs will not be provided.
