Christ is Risen! Join us for a festive Eucharist with choir, bells, and brass at both the 8:00 & 10:30 AM Services. Don't forget a bell to ring during the service as we celebrate the empty tomb. To make a special Easter offering envelopes will be available on the pews. Stick around after the service for fellowship, coffee, and Krispy Kreme donuts! The 10:30 AM service will be livestreamed and have an ASL (American Sign Language) Interpreter. Overflow seating will be available in St. Mary's Parish Hall. See you Sunday!

Baptisms & Incense

This Saturday, 7:00 PM


Come celebrate the final Triduum service on Saturday as we start a new fire, welcome the newly baptized into the Body of Christ, and celebrate with a festive Eucharist. Join us in person or online. *Hypoallergenic incense will be used during this service.

Our Good Friday Liturgy will livestreamed and include a powerful reading of the Passion narrative, sermon, and prayers. At 1:00 PM walk around our campus visiting 14 stations as we reflect on Jesus' final moments and journey to the cross. Meet in front of the church.

Easter Sunday, April 9

If your family is coloring eggs and you have a few to spare, leave them at St. Michael's (in the kitchen) this Sunday, and we will distribute them at our meal. We are also in need of some volunteers to help prepare and serve the meal. Earth Day Celebration Concert

April 22, 2:00 PM

First United Methodist Church



This year, to celebrate Earth Day, the Interdenominational Festival Chorus will perform the Colorado Springs premier of "The Gift of Life" by John Rutter. This concert is a musical collaboration between St. Michael's Episcopal Church, First United Methodist Church, and First Lutheran Church choirs, music departments, and the Chamber Orchestra of the Springs.   • April 16: Big (HUGE) Announcement! Matt will be sharing some wonderful news that will forever impact the spiritual trajectory of St. Michael's for generations to come. You will not want to miss this exciting announcement!


  • April 23: Town Hall Meeting Sunday Forum. Matt will be sharing some updates with the parish on exciting projects, initiatives, and inviting you to provide feedback through a parish survey.


  • April 30: Children & Youth Sunday will feature a youth preacher at the 8:00 & 10:30 AM service and a Youth Panel during the Sunday Forum hosted by Owen Copps. Come learn and celebrate the many ways God is working through our children & youth at St. Mike's!

The Well: Creative Arts Series - The Artist's Way

Join us on a weekly journey during the Season of Easter using the book, The Artist's Way: A Spiritual Path to Higher Creativity by Cameron (please purchase the book before the first class). Join facilitator Phyllis Delaney from April 15 thru May 27 on Saturday mornings from 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM to share and learn from each other. Suggested donation of $15 for activity supplies. Great American Cleanup

April is a busy month and there are some exciting Sunday Forums that we think everyone should attend. Therefore, we will NOT have a Newcomer Class on April 16, but on May 21. Look for more information soon.

People Who Read

Wednesday, April 19

This month, the People Who Read will enjoy a gathering on Wednesday, April 19 in St. Michael's Parish Hall at 6:00 PM. The book this month is, "Braiding Sweetgrass," by Robin Wall Kimmerer. If you love to read, enjoy conversations about new ideas, and fellowship, this is the group for you. Please bring snacks to share.

Easter Flowers & Music

Wow and Thank you!


We had tremendous support for our Easter music and flowers this year! We had over 120 donations that will enhance our worship while honoring loved ones, family, and friends. Easter memorials and thanksgivings are printed in the Easter Vigil & Easter Day bulletin. If you made an Easter flower donation, please take a flower home with you after the 10:30 AM Easter Sunday service.

Palm Sunday Brunch

It was a Palm Sunday Brunch for the records books with nearly 350 people enjoying fellowship, egg casseroles, pastries, fruit, and so many other delicious dishes. Thank to our volunteers who cooked, served, and cleaned up AND a special thank you to Jennie Wandfluh!
