Did you miss the most recent announcement from FCA?
FCA recently launched a new scan tool, the Mopar Diagnostic Pod which will be replacing the wiTECH 2.0 (wiTECH 2.0 will not be compatible with 2022 or newer vehicles). The MDP will work on all new and previous model years.  

If you currently have a wiTECH 2.0 and subscription, you can transfer the existing subscription to the new tool!

Doing It Right: Top Shop Appreciation Update

Nissan understands that because of COVID and the current climate, taking time away from your business is just not feasible. Instead of a trip to Nashville, shops will be awarded a renewal fee waiver towards either your Nissan or INFINITI certification.  

The top 20 shops from each group who demonstrate how to Do it Right, will have their renewal fee waived (not to include the Assured Performance fee).

Nissan North America Deploys Consumer Email Campaign to over a MILLION Nissan Drivers

Nissan emailed vehicle owners, educating them on the importance of using Certified shops for repairs. Additionally, the email included an animated link to the Nissan locator so customers could quickly find their closest Certified shop. Finally, the educational piece reminded customers of the free towing offered to all Nissan drivers and affirmed that only Certified shops are authorized to receive towed vehicles. 

This resulted in a 143.13% for Nissan and 674.11% increase for INFINITI in collision.nissanusa.com website traffic, in January, compared to December due to this campaign.
