This Sunday:
“Do You Look Like Sheep?“
John 10:22-30
Hello Church!

As we enjoy this beautiful time of year in Arizona, we are returning to some sense of normalcy. We have returned to restaurants, shopping in stores and enjoying the great outdoors. This Sunday, we will return to an old tradition as we recognize new members of New Covenant. I am looking forward to this in-person event which has not happened for us for over two years. We still want to recognize that not all feel safe coming to worship, which is why we continue to offer streaming of our live worship service. So, whether you are with us in person or watch us online, join us as we celebrate new members this Sunday.

Sunday is also Mother’s Day, so we want to recognize all the women who have made such an imprint on the lives of children and youth. A very motherly person in my life did not have children of her own, but she taught all her students as if they were her children. So, as we come to Mother’s Day, let’s give thanks for and celebrate all the amazing women in our lives!

This Sunday we will celebrate Good Shepherd Sunday. The Scripture comes from John 10:22-30. What do you see when you look into a mirror? Now be honest! What do you think other people see? And what about God – what does God see when looking into your mirror? Our theme for this Sunday is “Do you look like Sheep?” join us for worship and Sunday School this Sunday at 10:30 am.
