Teen Mental Health First Aid Training
TOMORROW, March 11: 5:00 - 7:00 PM
Saturday, March 12: 9:00 - 10:30 AM
High School Youth Only

High Schoolers are invited to join us for Teen Mental Health First Aid Training. This two-day training will equip our high schoolers to recognize, respond to, and communicate mental health illnesses and disorders in their peers. Our teens are often the ones closest to those who are struggling. This training will give them the tools to connect their peers, friends, siblings, and/or neighbors to the help that they need.

Our Friday portion of the training will be followed by bowling at The Summit Interquest to allow our participants to decompress from the evening session!

Family Lent Calendar
At Your Door!

This year's Daily Lent Calendar should be in your mailbox! This calendar will guide you through Lent by providing you with a different practice each day of the Lent season. Your challenge will be twofold:
  • First, to complete each practice for every day of Lent.
  • Second, to keep God at the center of your heart and mind as you add these practices into your day.
You are encouraged not to complete these practices to check a box, but rather use them as tools to engage with your relationship with God every day of Lent. If you miss a day, please do remember that nothing can ever separate us from God’s unconditional love. Give yourself grace, engage with these practices, and spend some time with God this Lent season.

Send pictures of you and your family engaged in each practice to Owen to be featured on our St. Michael's Instagram!
Talking to Your Family about Current Events

CLICK HERE to check out a resource from "On our Sleeves" as to how to enter into and walk through those conversations with your family. If you would like additional support please reach out to a member of the clergy or Owen. Join us in our prayers for peace in Ukraine and across the world.

Cathedral Ridge Children & Youth Camps
July & August

Children and Youth camps are a wonderful opportunity to connect with God and experience Christian community in a non-church setting. Cathedral Ridge primary, middle school and high school camps are carefully designed to build faith in a fun and safe environment. In 2022, camps will explore the Way of Love: Turn. Learn. Pray. Worship. Bless. Go. Rest. These are core spiritual practices that can be explored and embraced at every age and stage of faith. Each day will include worship and Bible study, and outdoor activities like archery, a challenge course and zip line, and gaga ball. Learn about our COVID precautions, dates, and register at cathedralridge.org.
