ATP Cycle 6 Resources and Training

The Active Transportation Resouce Center (ATRC) compiled a number of materials and webinar trainings to help prepare you for ATP Cycle 6. 

Among the materials, you can find sustainability resources to support your plan for sustainability in your Non-Infrastructure Projects; e-factsheets to help you further the goals of the Active Transportation Program; and ATP-Related Training Resources and Workshops to guide you through the application, project design, and implementation.

Active Transportation Funding
Applications have a deadline of May 25, 2022, by 11:59 p.m. ET. A total of $8.75 million is available in the current Funding opportunity.

Applications for cycle 6 are currently being accepted, with a deadline of June 15, 2022. Approximately $650 million is available in the current funding opportunity.

Applications for Round 8 are currently being accepted, with a deadline of June 28, 2022, by 4:00 p.m. Approximately $200 million is available in the current funding opportunity.

Proposals for implementation and planning grant applications are due July 1, 2022. $106.2 million will be available in the upcoming funding cycle.
Affordable Housing Funding
Applications for Round 7 are currently being accepted, with a deadline of June 28, 2022, by 4:00 p.m. $95 million is available in the current funding cycle.

Applications are currently being accepted, with a deadline of June 28, 2022, by 4:00 p.m. $80 million is available in the current funding cycle.

Applications for Round 5 are currently being accepted, with a deadline of June 28, 2022, by 4:00 p.m. $275 million is available in the current funding cycle.

Applications for the 2022 funding cycle are due June 30, 2022.

Applications for the 2022 funding cycle are due July 7, 2022.
Drinking Water Supply & Quality Funding
The request for proposals for the 2022 funding cycle is reopened, with a deadline of June 24, 2022.
Local Street Repair
HSIP Cycle 11 Call-for-Projects will be announced on Monday, May 9, 2022. The application deadline will be Monday, September 12, 2022.
Stormwater - Regional Funding
Applications for the current funding round have a deadline of July 31, 2022.

Applications are accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis. $400,000 is available in the current opportunity, with a maximum award of $100,000.
Transit & Shared Mobility Funding
Applications have a deadline of May 25, 2022, by 11:59 p.m. ET. $8.75 million is available in competitive grants in the current funding cycle.

Applications are currently being accepted with a deadline of May 31, 2022, by 11:59 p.m. ET. $1.1 billion in competitive grants is available in the current funding cycle.

Applications are currently being accepted with a deadline of May 31, 2022, by 11:59 p.m. ET. $372 million is available in competitive grants in the current funding cycle.

Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. $196.6 million is available for standard HVIP voucher requests.

Applications for shuttle and transit buses are currently being accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. $130 million is available in the current funding round.
