Add Your Fall Shows to ChicagoPlays.com

The League’s professionally-printed Fall Theatre Guide is coming soon! The guide will include shows from Labor Day to mid November. There will also be a digital guide that will be promoted via social media and email.

To ensure your shows are included in the summer guide, your show pages must be on ChicagoPlays.com by Friday, August 4, 2023. Please note that only shows listed on ChicagoPlays.com will be included in the guide and we can’t guarantee inclusion of one-day performances. If you have yet to do so, create your fall show pages by using your theatre company's unique username and password. If you have questions about adding your show information, please contact Kara@chicagoplays.com.

In addition to your free listing, you can also help cover the printing cost by placing an advertisement for your fall show. If you are interested in placing an ad, contact Hayley@chicagoplays.com for details. Ad space reservations are due by Friday, August 4, 2023.

During this limited time promotion Hot Tix will offer $20 tickets to fall shows in advance to build excitement for the return of fall theatre. In 2022, we sold over 3,500 tickets during this promotion with great feedback from participating theatres and patrons.

To participate in this promotion, the regular ticket price for the seats allocated will need to be more than $20 and the special promotion will run Thursday, August 24 – Sunday, September 3 (or while supplies last). To participate in Tickets for a 20 fill out this form by August 17. Contact hayley@chicagoplays.com with any questions about Tickets for a 20.

Please Fill Out This League Healthcare Survey ASAP! - We Need Your Participation to Move on to the Next Phase of this Project!

Association Health Plans allow members of industry groups to join together and form a large group health plan. Historically, large group health plans allow participant members to obtain lower insurance costs coupled with improved plan coverage, design, and access to larger physician networks (along with better plan terms) than what is available to small and midsize employer groups. Today, we are asking for your participation in a feasibility study to gauge your interest level in forming the Association and the likelihood your Member Theatre would join, once the plan is formed. This questionnaire will help us better understand the needs, wants, and desires of our Membership. These results will be shared once they become available.

The survey should only take 10-15 minutes to complete. The number of highly interested members (and the number of their covered employees) will be the biggest factor in assessing the viability of an Association Health Plan offering, so please provide a timely response as soon as possible. We need full participation in the survey in order to move to the next phase of this study.
