June Tips & Tricks

Thank you for being a Tips and Tricks subscriber!

Often, we hear customers say: “I didn’t know QuoteWerks did that."

We aim to deliver step-by-step instructions to guide you through actionable changes you can make to maximize the use of QuoteWerks.

Tip #1: When you want to start a new quote, basing it on an existing quote.

If you want to start a new quote basing it on an existing quote, open the existing quote and choose File Duplicate.

Additionally, you can insert all the line items from an existing quote into your currently open quote by choosing File Insert Document.

Tip #2: When you want to edit and modify multiple line items in a quote.

You can select all the items in the quote by choosing Edit Select All. Select anywhere within the quote line items to unselect.

Modify all the selected items at the same time by choosing Edit Line Attributes.

You can choose Edit Select Special to select multiple line items based on criteria, like all lines that are sourced from a specific vendor or ItemType.

Tip #3: When you want to change the quantity of more than one line item at a time.

You can choose Edit Apply Quantity to change the quantity for more than one line item at a time.
