Dear Residents of Hackberry Creek,

Happy Wednesday afternoon and don't forget there is a Board Meeting tonight!

Gate 2 entrance remains closed while work continues but the exit remains open. Again, as a reminder - The Toll Tag Registration DEADLINE has been extended to Sunday, June 19th due to equipment delays so register before Sunday!

The striping project is still in progress as well as summer color being installed at the entrances. We are working hard to make sure the community is looking its very best!

GATE 2 ENTRY CLOSED 6/13 TO 7/1
There will be no entry to the community allowed during this time at Gate 2. The entrance will be blocked with barricades and cones. Do not attempt to come in the exit. Residents attempting to enter through the exit will be fined as this creates a dangerous situation.
STREET REPAIRS UPDATE - JUNE 15TH
Latest Contractor Update:
June 15 through June 25 work continues on sections 4, 8, 9, 12, 13, 14

Section Locations:
4 - Gate 2 Entrance, 8 - Near 2005 Primrose, 9 - Crosswood and Marigold
12 - Near 7423 Sugar Maple Dr., 13 - Near 7223 Sugar Maple Dr., 14 - Near 2058 Azalea Trail
CAN YOU VOLUNTEER FOR THE 4TH OF JULY?
We still need a race coordinator to organize the Fun Run! Also needed are 4 gate ambassador families to help put out handfuls of small American Flags at the entrances on the 4th of July weekend. If you can help in any way, please reach out to her at:

TOLL TAG REGISTRATION CLOSING SOON
To date we have received just about 2,300 Toll Tag Registrations and have 1,285 people registered on the website. If you haven't registered yet, please view the two videos below for a step-by-step guide on how to register!
FOOD TRUCK THURSDAY
Here is the menu for tomorrow's food truck - Chicago’s Taste & More - hot dogs, gyros, Philly cheesesteaks and more. They offer online ordering for those who prefer that option. Go to www.chicagostasteandmore.com on 6/14 or after to pre-order. Walk up orders are also welcomed and encouraged!
