MEMBER SPOTLIGHT

Introducing

Kyle

______________

Liberty member since 1980

"Liberty is much more than a gym:

it's a community."

Fondly recalling the moment when, hitting his personal record on the flat bench, cheers from his gym buddies echoed across the fit floor, Kyle reflects that the camaraderie Liberty provides is just as important as the physical benefits his actual workouts yield. In fact, Kyle laughs, “My conversations on the fit floor are often so engaging that, on occasion, they have been known to supersede my workout plans!”

Strength training enthusiast, project powerhouse, dentist, and morning trail runner, Kyle is looking forward to soaking in the afternoon sun and pumping some evening iron this summer.

If you need some motivation for your evening strength training workout – or you just want to “join the conversation,” stop by the fit floor, and introduce yourself to Kyle!
