Tell President Biden to Nominate FERC's 5th Commissioner!

Call this week!

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is in a deadlock; they only have four commissioners instead of five! As a result, FERC is failing to take critical action to keep down your energy bills, build renewable energy, and protect communities and the environment from pollution. To get things moving forward, President Biden must appoint a new 5th commissioner now!

Join Sierra Club for our call-in week (March 28-30) to tell President Biden to prioritize this nomination. Dial 1-202-816-6137 to be connected and leave a message for President Biden. The White House Comment Line is open between 8 am-12 pm PST / 11 am and 3 pm EST Tuesday-Thursday. When you call during those times, if the line is busy, please try again in a few minutes!
