Nine Years and "Counting!"
On International Women's Day in 2013, I was blindsided with termination papers. It was one of the worst-best things to happen to me. After dedicating my career to the same company for 11 years, boom, gone in a matter of seconds.
That day taught me a lifetime of lessons and motivated me to open my own accounting firm, a woman-owned firm that would respect everyone who walked through our doors: staff, customers, delivery people - you name it.
Nine years later, Team KHCPA is thriving, and, last year, we bought our own office building! I couldn't do what I do for all of you without this amazing team of people. So, today, on the day that changed my life nine years ago, I want to say thank you to all of the incredible people who have supported us throughout the years.
