One big thing we're focused on

The Jewish community and all who stand with us will gather to mark one year since the horrific Hamas attacks of October 7, 2023. This gathering is a time for our entire community to unite in mourning, reflection, and remembrance.

Much like the Jewish tradition of Shivah, which offers a space for mourning and support, the Shivah of October is a collective observance to honor the memory of those taken from us on October 7, 2023.

The victims, including non-Jewish Israelis, came from many faiths and backgrounds, as well as held citizenship from twenty countries.

Through shared stories, prayers, and melodies, we will create a space for solace and solidarity and ensure that the memories of their lives remain a part of our community’s consciousness.
