Business Health Trust - June is Migraine Awareness Month
Not sure what’s going on in your headspace? It can be difficult to differentiate a minor headache from a migraine. The type of pain experienced from a headache is very similar to a migraine. Both cause a throbbing pain in the head, face, or upper neck, but migraine has more intense symptoms that can last anywhere from a few hours to several days.
Fully understanding the difference between migraine and headaches are beneficial, if future symptoms occur. If your headache or migraine is too chronic without use of medication, talk to your doctor. Learn more about migraines here. For more information on Business Health Trust visit https://businesshealthtrust.com/
