A Message From City Manager Ricky L. Clark, Jr.

Greetings, Forest Park:

During my swearing-in speech, I committed to rolling out my 100-day plan titled "One Forest Park." The ONE represents the unified voice we at city hall will use as we focus on Operational Efficiency, Neighborhood Sustainability and Economic Development. These tenets will also become our operational call to action that organizes the steps of our municipal departments, local leaders, private and nonprofit organizations, residents and businesses toward a shared vision for improving our service delivery and fulfilling the mission of the city.

Now is an important time for the city, and its growth and development must reflect how our citizens and stakeholders choose to live, work, play and serve to achieve its full potential. Sound leadership and collaboration have positioned us for greatness, and continued partnerships and community building must enlighten our strategic path forward.

I am grateful to have a supportive mayor, city council, executive team and community as we collectively look forward to the progress that Forest Park has and will continue to achieve by us all working together!

Your City Manager,

Ricky L. Clark, Jr.
