A Note from All of Us, Here at GNHC

Over thirty years ago, a group of caring volunteers came together to reimagine healthcare in the Upper Valley community. Good Neighbor Health Clinics emerged from their compassion, and local medical and dental care was transformed for thousands of individuals and families. Over the past 12 months, Good Neighbor has provided 878 medical visits and 1,777 dental visits.

You made it possible for us to give so many people the medical and dental care they needed this year. For those who consistently support us and our mission, we thank you. So many of our supporters help by spreading the word, volunteering their time, or simply by being kind to those working in the clinic - thank you for being so generous to us and those we serve!

Good Neighbor continues to advance our mission and provide comprehensive medical and dental assistance. Because you believe in helping those who are in need of essential services but do not have the means to pay for them, Good Neighbor continues pushing the boundary on how to improve healthcare in the Upper Valley. We aim to better serve the community's ever-increasing needs for primary care access every single day. I've linked for you here. Good Neighbor Health Clinics' Annual Impact Report for our most recent fiscal year (June 2022 - July 2023).

RENEWING HOPE FOR YOUR NEIGHBOR

Working long shifts, Shannon made too much money to qualify for Medicaid coverage. If Shannon worked less, she knew she would go without her car or could lose her living space. Her life was changed when she learned about the services we provided. Shannon is now a medical and dental recipient in the clinics and has allowed us to share her story.

This happens often to so many people. You may even know someone personally, but you will never end up hearing about it.

ο»ΏThanks to your support, Good Neighbor Health Clinic and Red Logan Dental Clinic were there to help.

β€’ We connected Shannon with routine and preventative medical care.

β€’ We connected Shannon with mental health and other specialty care.

β€’ We assisted Shannon with accessing local service agencies for food resources, medication cost assistance programs, child care services, and more. We could not have done it without you; our supporters.
