Special Saturday help from IRS is available on April 8th at multiple Taxpayer Assistance Centers:

As the April 18th federal tax filing deadline nears, the Internal Revenue Service today announced it will open many of its Taxpayer Assistance Centers (TACs) around the country this Saturday, April 8th, for face-to-face help.
