Learn About the Different Types of Tutoring

Q Center: UConn's Quantitative Learning Center (Q Center) is a resource to elevate the proficiency of students taking quantitative intensive (Q) courses across the undergraduate curriculum. This includes MATH 1070Q, MATH 1071Q/1131Q, and STAT 1000Q/1100Q. They provide direct assistance to students via peer tutoring, review sessions, and the creation of innovative learning tools.

Writing Center: UConn's Writing Center is a welcoming space where students and tutors collaborate on writing projects including academic, civic, personal, and multimedia texts—at any stage in the composing process. Student-writers should arrive ready to engage with their own work while peer tutors ask questions, listen actively, respond to individual needs, and foster strategic revision.

Please note that all online services can be accessed by any UConn Student regardless of campus.  As a reminder all tutoring is FREE!
