Dear GSPC Members,

We invite you to join a new initiative that will help our members connect with each other and keep up with church news.

Tomorrow morning, you will receive an email with an invitation to create an account through Realm, our church database.

Realm is an online church directory and communication tool. It's a cloud-based church management system that includes a photo directory of church members, as well as other features. The GSPC Realm account is only made up of members of the congregation and is not accessible by the public.

Once you accept the email invitation to create your Realm account, you will be able to set up the account by creating a password. (Don't forget to write it down!) You can then sign in at onrealm.org/gspc. For even faster and easier access, you can also download the Realm Connect App through the Apple App Store or the Google Store. The invite message on Monday will contain links to these sites. Your sign-in will be the same for the app.

Some of you may already have an account from several years ago when we began using Realm. You can check today by attempting to login at onrealm.org/gspc. If you have forgotten your password, you may need to create a new one.

With your Realm account, you can:

  • View directory information for other members
  • Update your information
  • View upcoming church events and news
  • Communicate more easily with other GSPC members and participants in your groups
  • Click on contact information in the directory and call/text/email that person instantly.
  • Select your desired privacy settings

If you need assistance with any aspect of Realm, please contact the church office at 251-432-1749. On Sunday, August 25, GSPC members/staff will be available at the Jackson Street entrance before and after the worship service to offer assistance. Printed church directories will also be available for anyone who did not get one this morning.

We hope our members will participate in this endeavor to help keep our congregation connected!

Sincerely,

Government Street Presbyterian Church
