Healthy Minds @Work – Workplace Well-Being Program

The Pennsylvania Key has announced the launch of the Healthy Minds @Work Program and research study through partnership with Healthy Minds Innovation (HMI). This program is available to all early childhood education professionals. Join the Healthy Minds @Work Program Kick-off tomorrow, Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at 2:30 ET.

The Healthy Minds @Work Program provides a personalized path to greater well-being. Their 2-10 minute sessions make measurable differences in reducing stress and anxiety, decreasing burnout, and feeling more connected to the people who matter most. Healthy Minds would like to understand your experience with the program, so they will be conducting a research study through simple surveys. Get more information on how to participate.
