A Message From the Grand Knight

Good Morning Athanasius ,

I ask you all to join us for the funeral Mass of our dearly beloved Brother, Paul Dickinson, on Monday, May 9, at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph's Church. Paul served his parish as a lector and the council as our Worthy Recorder for over 10 years and more recently as our Worthy Chancellor. As our council's Pro-Life Director, he was steadfast and persistent in his efforts and commitment to the most preeminent issue of our time and devoted to the cause of life. Paul was a true example of a devoted Brother Knight and will be sorely missed.

I also ask that you please continue to keep Charles Giles in your prayers as he recovers from the coronavirus and underlying lung issues.

Blessed Fr. Michael J. McGivney, pray for us!

Vivat Jesus,

Kevin St. Pierre, GK

A Call to Action to Defend Our Faith and Our Church

Abortion Protests

Several pro-abortion groups are calling for demonstrations targeting Catholic churches across the U.S. on Mother's Day to protest the leaked Supreme Court draft opinion striking down Roe v Wade. Pro-abortion vandals have already targeted multiple Catholic churches throughout the country this week, spray-painting vulgar and demonic symbols.

As Knights and recognizing that our mission and our faith compels us to action, let us stay vigilant this Sunday should we be required to step in to safeguard the Eucharist, the altar, the priests, or our fellow parishioners.

Let us pray first that peace prevails.

“The splendor of the rose and the whiteness of the lily do not rob the little violet of its scent nor the daisy of its simple charm. If every tiny flower wanted to be a rose, spring would lose its loveliness.”
