2022-23 School Year Information

Last Day of School for 2021-22

Tuesday, May 31

Please make sure that you have your calendars marked for May 31 as the last day of the 2021-22 school year!

To report an absence please email a parent note or medical excuse for each absence to attendance@triviumacademytx.com. Include the student’s name, grade, and homeroom teacher. You may attach doctor’s notes to the email or turn them in to the front office. After three parent notes, our school policy requires a medical note to excuse an absence.

We take the responsibility of educating our students seriously, and excessive absences can hinder a student’s progress and the school’s ability to provide for his/her educational needs. We do understand that children get ill, and we certainly understand when they are too sick to come to school. We appreciate your help in making sure your child is present for school at all other times.

Athletics Tryouts

Saturday, May 14

We are conducting our incoming 6th through 12th grade sports team tryouts for 2022-2023 school year on Saturday, May 14. By conducting these tryouts in May, it helps our athletes get the classes that they are wanting for the 2022-2023 school year. If your student will be staying over the lunch break, please send them with a sack lunch and water bottle.

9:00 - 10:00 Volleyball and Flag Football

10:00-11:00 Women's Basketball & Men's Soccer

11:00-12:00 Women's Soccer and Baseball

1:00 - 2:00 Softball and Men's Basketball

2:00 - 3:00 Golf and Tennis

We are excited for our Trivium Sports Program. We had 3 District Championships, Regional titles, and 2 State Champs this year so we are moving in the right direction. We want to keep building our program for the future, so please ask your child to sign up for the tryouts in PE with the coaches. If you have a student who will be new to Trivium next year and is already registered for school, please email Cynthia Zea to let her know that your child will be attending. Only students who have enrolled/re-enrolled may attend. Please note that these are closed tryouts, and parents will not be allowed to watch.

Current Student Registration for

2022-23 School Year

Due Wednesday, May 18

For those who completed the Intent to Return, it is time to fill in the Returning Student Registration in the Ascender Parent Portal for the 2022-2023 school year. You will complete all necessary forms and documentation for each child(ren) through your parent portal account. When you have viewed and entered all required data on all required forms, the Finish and Submit to District button is displayed at the bottom of the page.

Please complete this process no later than Wednesday, May 18, 2022 for your child to be enrolled at Trivium for next year.

The Ascender Portal is available for secondary parents and students to set up an account to view grades. There are four links below. School Hours

Secondary School Hours Form

Due Wednesday, May 18

Please let us know what school hours you are choosing for your 7th-12th grade student(s). If we do not hear from you, we will assume that you are choosing the regular school day, 8:45-4:15. The master schedule will be created based on the information received from this form, and 0 Hour classes will be subject to availability based on number of students requesting a 0 Hour class. Schedule changes for reasons related to school hours will be limited and dependent upon course enrollment numbers. Please click the button below to complete the form by Wednesday, May 18.

Elementary School Supplies Order

Due Tuesday, May 31

You can purchase pre-packaged school supplies now until May 31 by visiting https://triviumacademytx.ludus.com/.

The school supply lists are posted on our website under the parent information tab here https://triviumacademytx.com/school-supplies

These supply packs are a quick and easy way to make sure your child has all the needed materials before the first day of school. The supplies will be delivered to school before the Meet the Teacher event in August and distributed to your child's classroom.
