Dear Rondout Families, Faculty and Friends,

Thanks to everyone who came out to support the Rondout Band at last night’s concert. All the band performances from Beginning Band to Cadet Band to Wind Ensemble were outstanding. Kudos to all the band members and Ms. Ausmann for their excellent work.

May 18th is the Rondout Arts night from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. with an opportunity to view the art on display, pick up students' art portfolios and enjoy some highlights from the music and band programs.

We have a number of families who have not completed their registration for the upcoming school year. If you are one of those families, please finalize your paperwork and return ASAP. Let us know if you need a paper version instead of a digital copy.

The Summer Learning Plan conferences started this week and we’ve had some great conversations with families. If you have not signed up yet, please do so at the link below. We plan to speak to each family and will be reaching out if we do not hear from you.

The Milk Jug Greenhouse sale will take place at the Arts Night. Funds raised will be used to support the garden and begin a fund to build a new accessible playground. We will be talking more about the playground project in the months ahead. Please reach out if you have an interest in working with us on this project.

We are in the home stretch and looking forward to a strong finish. Please keep your fingers crossed for good weather next Friday so we can successfully host the Track Meet at Lake Forest Academy.

Hope you enjoy the week ahead and have a wonderful weekend.

Dr. Jenny Wojcik
