2023 IH Homecoming Parade
(ALL IH FAMILIES ARE WELCOME!)
On Friday 9/29/23, we are once again bringing our IH Homecoming Parade to the streets and we need your presence to line Drake Road in enthusiastic support of OUR BRAVES! With more than 30 clubs and teams crafting Spirit Panels, our participants will be proudly marching to showcase their IH pride. We extend a warm invitation to the entire Braves Community to join us and celebrate our BRAVES!
We kindly request that all spectators position themselves along Drake Road between Stephan Field and the High School. While we will be throwing candy out to spectators as we walk, please ensure that your children do not venture onto the road during the procession. Drake Road will be officially closed down by the IH Rangers at approximately 5:40 p.m. and will remain closed until the conclusion of the parade (approximately 6:10 p.m.). We can hardly contain our excitement to see you all there!
After the parade, make sure to stick around! Stop by the HS Pavilion for the Booster's Pizza Sale and to explore Bravesline (spirit shop). And of course, all are encouraged to attend the official Homecoming Game at Tomahawk Stadium, where our Braves High School Football Team will face off against the Reading Blue Devils at 7:00 p.m.. Let's make this Homecoming unforgettable!
