Terminal 2 Arrivals - Pick up Reminders


The ILLBA office has recently received a number of inquiries indicating that chauffeurs are not being permitted to pick up customers at Terminal 2 Lower Level.


We have confirmed with Landside Operations that has been no change to the following instructions:


Doors A-C are reserved for hotel shuttles

Door E is reserved for livery


Please remind all chauffeurs of the Terminal 2 arrival pick up instructions.
