President's Message
The Best of The Best

Greetings!
Planning the Brain Longevity® Symposium has been such an exciting and heartening experience. We are bringing together some of the best researchers and clinicians the world has to offer.

I'm getting goosebumps. The Symposium is going to awaken our well-being.

The experts will reveal their latest discoveries in spirituality and brain health – and you have the chance to partake in the conversation.

This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. I hope you'll make the most of it and register– if you can't make it, you'll automatically get the recording.

Please do your community a favor and share the Symposium with your network and the ones you love. We all need to experience what is going to be shared on October 15, 2022. Mark your calendars!

Can't wait to see you there.

Yours in Brain Health,

Dharma Singh Khalsa, M.D.
President / Medical Director

Musical Performance at The Symposium
Stefano May
We are thrilled to have a special musical performance by emerging artist Stefano May at the upcoming Brain Longevity Symposium. It will feature a preview of his unreleased single “Hope It Will Remind You,” specially written for those most affected by Alzheimer’s disease.

Stefano is an emerging artist who creates illuminative pop music marked by hope, connection, love, and the aim to heal. Born in Italy, Stefano took to music at an early age and began classical piano training at age seven. He quickly gained notoriety by performing on popular TV shows, and since then has collaborated with famed songwriters, as well as the famed director Franco Zeffirelli. Read More.
Brain Longevity Spotlight
Kim Oda, MS, SLP, BLS
BLTT graduate Kim Oda designed a program for residents at her local senior center using ARPF materials. Kim's goal was to make it fun. She set up a multi-sensory environment that involved sight, sound, touch, taste, and smell. Kim ended the session with a mindfulness meditation. "They absolutely loved it! The Director asked me to host a program once a month. I have so much information from BLTT that I'm excited to present more. There was interest in further yogic brain activities as well," Kim said.
Sleep Webinar
Feedback
Thank you to those who were able to join the sleep webinar. We loved your input and questions. I can say with confidence we all learned so much during that hour together.

Our survey showed that 100% of attendees walked away with helpful tools and thought the webinar was interesting. Very pleased with this outcome. If you weren't able to register in time, contact chelsea@alzheimersprevention.org to get the recording. Thank you for being part of our fundraising initiative!
There are no requirements or prerequisites to becoming a Brain Longevity Specialist– this course is for anyone interested in improving brain health and living a long, healthy life. For more information visit arpf.com.
If you’d like to shake things up this year, create a birthday fundraiser for ARPF that everyone can celebrate. Facebook fundraisers are a popular way to give back to a cause you’re passionate about on your special day.
