A Message from our President | |
To The Carondelet Community,
As we enter this time of beautiful transition where we welcome our newly enrolled Class of 2027 and begin to celebrate our graduating Class of 2023, the spirit of our community is more palpable than ever. Our first week back from Spring Break was filled with wonderful ways to honor our students—including an NLI Signing, an Academic Awards Evening, and a Sustainable Fashion Show. We continue to be so impressed with our students’ amazing talents and achievements as they succeed in the classroom, on the field, in the gym, or in the pool. It was also lovely to welcome some special guests to campus for our Grandparents’ Appreciation Luncheon and our Donor Appreciation Reception for Tuition Assistance.
Monday launches our annual Battle of the Boldest Spirit Week. There will be week-long friendly competitions between our classes including different dress-up days and lunchtime activities ending with a rally on Friday. Details and reminders will be shared on Schoology for students. This week marks our final Kairos Retreat, and we continue to send prayers to all of the students and staff attending. We will round out the week with what promises to be a fun and memorable Senior Ball on Saturday at the Overlook.
Our Winton Arts Festival continues this week with a student run art show on Wednesday at lunch in the Jean Hofmann Center for Innovation. Our award winning choirs and bands will also perform a variety of pieces at their Choir and Band Concert on Friday at 7 PM in the De La Salle Theatre—we hope to see you there!
We look forward to another great week! As always, thank you for your partnership and support of our amazing school.
In Unifying Love,
Jessica Mix' 99
President

2023-24 Parking Permit Requests
The parking permit portal will open for students Tuesday, April 25 at 8:00 AM. On-campus parking is a privilege for many of our juniors and seniors. For the 2023-24 school year, we will be giving priority to licensed drivers in the following order:
- Seniors with carpools
- Seniors driving individually
- Juniors with carpools
- Juniors driving individually
This system is in place so that we can accommodate as many students as possible in our parking lot. This is not a first-come, first-served application process. All applications before the deadline will be considered. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate all of our driving students. At this time we are only accepting requests from rising seniors and juniors with a valid driver's license on or before August 1.
Concord PD Campus Visit
On Monday, April 24, representatives from Concord PD will be visiting campus for a routine tour and visit with our admin team. Students and staff may see uniformed officers walking through campus.
Enrollment Contracts Open
Reminder that enrollment contracts for returning students are now available in your SchoolAdmin portal. All contracts are due on May 1. Please reach out to Colleen Gill '15 directly with any questions.
