Dear Eastview Family and Friends,

Welcome to the month of May! If you feel anything like I do, it is hard to believe that we are headed into our last full month of the school year. May will be an exciting and busy month as we have many activities planned, as well as end of the year celebrations. To begin the month, as we prepare for transitions, our 5th grade students will be visiting LGMS to learn more about the middle school and meet some of the 6th grade teachers and staff. At the end of the month, we will be welcoming the 3rd grade students from Central-Denison over for a visit and tour of Eastview, as well.

Additionally, we have many exciting student activities taking place this month. Our band and orchestra students will be performing in their spring concerts. Our fourth graders will be participating in their first field trip of the year to Old World Wisconsin. We also have many students involved with our last round of Lighted School House, which will include a track meet with both CenDen and Star Center on May 18th. Finally, our last week of school will be filled with end of the year awards and celebrations as we acknowledge a wonderful school year and the hard work and efforts of all of our students and staff. We will share additional information about our end of the year events with you later this month.

THANK YOU for all of your continued support throughout this school year! Our Eastview team is honored to work with such wonderful families and a supportive community.

With gratitude,

Mrs. Erin Zigler
