Update
The Izzo has been digesting 150 lbs. of food scraps, moldy breads, dried
leaves, coffee grounds and slimy produce per day, over the past month. Soil
that is removed from our composter goes into a 2-week curing plot(s)
before getting added to our urban farm beds. We are excited about all the
produce and food scraps we have saved from going into landfills. Keep an
eye out for big reveal coming soon!
