REMINDER TO APPLY FOR FINANCIAL AID

The deadline to apply for financial aid for the 2022-2023 school year is Friday, March 24, 2023. If you plan to apply and have not yet submitted your application, please review the email sent out on February 7, and begin the process soon.

GRANDPARENT ADDRESSES NEEDED

We are excited to reintroduce Grandparents Day at Trinity School on the morning of Thursday, April 20. We look forward to welcoming our students' grandparents for morning prayer, followed by breakfast with their grandchildren. Please use the form linked here to provide us with a current address for your child's grandparent/s by Friday, March 17, so that we can send them an invitation by mail.

MARCH PIZZA LUNCH

Our next Pizza Lunch will be on Thursday, March 9. Order forms are available now for students to pick up at the front office. Forms and payment (cash-only) must be returned by Tuesday, March 7, at 1:00 p.m. 

Pizza is $2 per slice. Each student must submit a separate form with his or her individual pizza order to the front office. Siblings may submit and pay for multiple orders together if they wish, as long as they turn in a separate order form for each sibling. The office will have change available.

LECTURE & PERFORMANCE SERIES

On Friday, March 10, we will welcome guest lecturer Dr. Margaret Coad, assistant professor of aerospace and mechanical engineering at the University of Notre Dame. Dr. Coad will give a talk on robotics to our students and faculty as part of our ongoing Lecture & Performance Series.

OLDIES SWING PARTY—VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

(Grades 9-12)

At present, there are no volunteers to serve at the Oldies Swing Party scheduled to take place on Saturday, March 18, from 8:00 to 10:30 p.m at the Trinity School Athletic Center. In order for us to host this party, we will need three to four parents to plan and organize, and another six to eight parents to help with set-up, chaperoning, and clean-up.

If you are in a position to help with this event, please reach out to Beth Couch at [email protected] as soon as possible. If we do not have at least the majority of these spots filled by Monday, March 6, we may not be able to offer this event to our high school students. Thank you for considering a volunteer role.

MOCK TRIAL STATE COMPETITION

Trinity School fielded four mock trial teams this year in the South Bend Regional Competition. Three of the four teams will travel to Indianapolis this month to participate in the state-level competition. Congratulations to our senior mock trial team who won first place at the regional level! Our junior and freshmen teams placed fourth and fifth and both were invited to participate in the state competition as wild card teams. Our students won more awards for Best Attorney and Best Witness than any other school. Congratulations to all! The state finals are located at the Marion County Community Justice Campus. The trials will be held at 9:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 11, and at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 12.

SENIOR DRAMA I

And Then There Were None

Join us on Friday, March 17, at 7:00 p.m. for the Class of 2023's production of Agatha Christie's classic thriller, And Then There Were None.

Ten strangers are invited to Soldier Island by the mysterious Mr. and Mrs. Owen. The seaside holiday quickly becomes deadly when a storm cuts them off from the mainland and the guests are murdered one by one, leaving them wondering if they'll make it out alive. This is a play you won't want to miss!

Admission is free and doors open at 6:30 p.m.

2023 SUMMER CAMPS

Registration for our 2023 summer camps is now open! Session One will run from June 19-23, and Session Two will run from June 26-30. Trinity Young Explorers is for rising first through third graders, and Trinity Classic Summer is for rising fourth through sixth graders. VISIT DAYS

We have many upcoming opportunities for prospective students to visit Trinity School. Be sure to share these opportunities with interested friends and family, and direct them to the Visit Us page of our website. We host a monthly Info Night on Wednesday nights, and will be hosting Visit Days for prospective students on the following Mondays this spring: March 6, March 13, and April 17.
