Don't Forget !!! Turn your clocks AHEAD 1 hour before going to sleep Saturday night!

Sunday, March 12th

Worship at 9am

Scripture focus: John 4:5-42

We often see this Gospel story [Jesus meeting a Samaritan woman at the well] as a bridge-building one. It’s a reminder to be brave enough to cross boundaries and offer a drink to those society may separate from us. And it is. And also, it reminds us that God designed this whole world to run on benevolent connection. And that requires us to not just be charitable, but vulnerable.

—Rev. Danielle Shroyer (@danielle.shroyer), from her commentary for the 3rd Sunday in Lent | @sanctifiedart

Faith Formation for children age 3 through 6th grade meets every Sunday during the school year from 10:15am-11am. Our students enjoy stories, videos, crafts, games and more as they explore lessons and teachings from our faith. During Lent we are exploring different questions each week through multiple activities. The questions mirror the scripture focus from worship, using the same resource. On of the activities is a prompt for kids to ask their own questions about the weekly story! Visit our "Wonder Wall" bulletin board by the Paul Room to check it out!

We always welcome friends to 'peek' in on Faith Formation! It's a wonderful opportunity for people of all ages to share and grow in their faith alongside our youngest learners. To learn more about visiting and volunteer opportunities, contact Kelly Barnett (barnettkellym@gmail.com).
