March, 2023
I have been reading in the book of Numbers of the Bible recently and this verse caught my attention...

The LORD said to Moses, “Give Aaron the following instructions: When you set up the seven lamps in the lampstand, place them so their light shines forward in front of the lampstand.” So Aaron did this. He set up the seven lamps so they reflected their light forward, just as the LORD had commanded Moses.

Light illuminates darkness and makes it possible for us to see what is in front of us. In Psalm 119 verse 105 it says, 'Your word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path.' In the setting up of the tabernacle, the Lord wanted the lampstand to give light to what was in front of it.

The Word of God helps me see His way. It helps me to see in front of me. It helps me to know who God is and who He says I am.

I pray that Trio Community Church would know what is in front of us. That we would know what His light is illuminating for us. That we could know and walk in His way for us. Pray with me and ask God to shine His light on our path. Amen.

We are continuing on in the promises of God.
