Adding a scoop of  protein to your Greek Yogurt in the morning with your choice of steel cut oats or unsweetened granola and your choice of fruit such as berries can be the complete package to start your day!

Try to have 1/3 cup of yogurt,  1/8 cup oats,  1 scoop protein,  and 1/2 cup berries.

You should end up with 40 G protein,  8 G Fat,  15 G carbs.  Low sugar high fiber and protein packged!
