Boys Volleyball

WOWWWWWW!!!

Falcons 7th grade Boys Volleyball stunned the #1 St. Cletus Cardinals on their home court last night!!!! Our Falcons move on to the CHAMPIONSHIP vs. St. Mary's at St. Mary's Riverside TONIGHT (Wed) at 8:15pm. Should we pack their place!!!!!!!!???? You know the answer!!! Let's go Falcons!

Track and Field

Thank you to everyone who came out to support our athletes last week in Westmont. Sat. 5/13 is an SPL championship qualifier meet at Triton College. JV meet is at 8am, while Varsity follows around Noon.

The SFX Class of 2019 gathered together for Mass followed by a pizza party last weekend. Great memories and future plans were shared! #sfxlgalumni

We had a great turn out on Sunday having the Jr. Falcons (Preschool through Grade 1) warm up with the track team, and then run a race with all the big kids cheering them on. It was a great event to wrap up Jr. Falcons for the year! Volunteer Honor Roll: Thank you to Emily Czuba and Kelly Zlatic for the fantastic job coordinating the Jr. Falcon Club this year!

Dear SFX Parents,

As the school year comes to a close and we begin to think about ways to thank the faculty and staff of St. Francis Xavier School for their continued commitment to the education of our children, the Family School Association (FSA) would like to encourage you to contribute to the annual Staff Appreciation Fund. This fund is then used to give bonuses to our wonderful teachers and staff at the end of the school year.

The STAFF APPRECIATION FUND is a great way to financially reward our DEDICATED TEACHERS and all the AMAZING STAFF who work with you as a team to give our children a successful learning experience. Every single staff member helps to make SFX an extraordinary, loving, and nurturing school!

It is not a secret that Catholic School employees make considerably less money than their EQUALS working in the public schools. We are truly fortunate that our teachers and staff value serving in a faith-centered environment over a larger salary. The Staff Appreciation Fund is a great way to show our gratitude for this dedication! Last year, the Staff Appreciation Fund raised over $23,000! Let’s see if we can match that this year!
