September and July, a bonded mother and her kitten, are this week’s Pets of the Week. September came to the Animal Care Facility as a young mother of three but since she and July were feline leukemia positive, they had to be separated from the other kittens. They are thriving in foster care, playing as if they were siblings. The mom in this duo is still young at 1 year old. They are very social and will make themselves at home wherever they end up. Their adoption fee is $100 for the two of them. To find out more about September and July, call Paws of Coronado, which runs the city’s Animal Care Facility at (619) 522-7371.
