Happy February! Those two words carry more gravity than I ever could have imagined considering February 2020 was the last “normal” month any of us on this planet experienced. At the risk of sounding like the cranky old man working the rocker on the back porch, I’m trying to resist referring to 12 months ago as the “good old days”. One reason that I haven’t descended down that pity path is because I have to admit that I frankly can’t recall much about last February. I promise to change that this year and am now fully dedicated to loving every last minute of the 28 days that occupy the shortest month of the year. I make that pledge to you even as temperatures drive right on by single digits and descend to a place polar bears would hold a family reunion.

Yes, we have much to look forward to in February, especially at The Automobile Gallery & Event Center. We just completed our first major event of the year, a very successful, safe and sold-out Bloody Mary Brunch January 31^st and now we look forward to our Shamrock Craft Beer Invitational March 6^th, our fabulous Cars & Guitars Car Show in June and many other great events. And remember, no matter how cold it gets out there, it’s always 72 and sunny inside The Automobile Gallery & Event Center!

Of course, February also means Valentine’s Day. I was amazed to discover that Valentine’s Day dates back 1524 years to 496 A.D.! Along with my wife Kelly, this year I have a special place in my heart for someone we all loved, our Founder William “Red” Lewis, who passed away January 7th. Because of Red’s vision and love of the automobile, his legacy lives on through this beautiful place we call The Automobile Gallery & Event Center. Join me for The Steering Column later this month which is devoted to an extraordinary man who led an extraordinary life.

With each passing day we get one day closer to cruises and car shows!

The Automobile Gallery & Event Center is excited to announce the 3rd Annual Shamrock Craft Beer Invitational on March 6th, from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm. General Admission is $45.00.

Over 16 of the finest craft breweries from all four corners of Wisconsin are coming to compete for the People’s Choice (Popular Vote Beer), Best in Show (Judges Select Beer), and The Gemütlichkeit Award (Popular Vote Brewery).. Sample beer with your own commemorative 5 oz. tasting glass.

Those of you looking for a little extra time to enjoy all of the craft breweries and devour some Irish favorites may purchase our VIP Tickets ($65.00). VIPs get in 1 hour early (2:00 PM), receive a commemorative 16 oz. beer glass and enjoy the tasty VIP-Only food provided by St. Brendan’s Inn.

We have re-arranged our normal configuration for this event to allow for social distancing between beer vendors and have taken all precautions (click here for our covid policy) to make this a safe event, including limiting the amount of people who can attend this year's event, which means tickets will go fast!
