Roaring through the Month
And speaking of food, how about a food fight?
Bengal students, faculty, staff, alumni, and fans are uniting to can the Vandals from November 15-20 in the annual Food Fight. In competition with the University of Idaho Alumni Association, the ISU Alumni Association challenges both institutions to collect the most canned foods and monetary donations to help the Idaho Foodbank. All canned food donations can be dropped off at Benny’s Pantry or the Idaho Foodbank on or before November 20. The Alumni and Fan Tailgate on ICCU field to the south of Holt Arena will also have bins for food donations before the rivalry game kickoff at 1:00 p.m. To submit monetary donations, please visit the Idaho Foodbank website.

This good-natured competition will make an impact that reaches far beyond the Pocatello and Moscow campuses. Help can the Vandals and beat hunger in Idaho. For more information contact the Alumni Office at (208) 282-3755.
Remaining opportunities to participate in November Native American Heritage events
There is still time to catch some of the activities celebrating Native American Heritage month, Including November 29 Pow-wow and Beading events and a November 30 “Get to Know the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes” event in the Rendezvous building at noon. READ MORE.
Supporting student success is our thing!
In November, our campus newsletter, Idaho State Today, published a story about recent innovations to enhance our braille services for ISU students. You will be amazed at what our Disability Services team has been able to do. Check out the story in the November 4, 2021, IST: Bengal Braille.
Wellness Watch
We are heading toward the last weeks of the semester and the final push to complete courses successfully. During this time, our students may experience additional stress. Remember to check in with them to see how they are doing and encourage them to reach out to the wellness-supporting services offered by Counseling and Testing.
