The TA Recruiter maintains responsibility for managing the full life cycle recruitment for various functions , utilizing her/his understanding of client* strategy, talent needs, and local market trends.
- Build relationships with HRBP’s, Hiring Manager and Functional Leads
- Demonstrate empathy and respect people. Develop authentic relationships, through generous listening & straight talk
- Adopt and foster a collaborative mind-set with Teams, use process improvement strategies to increase collaboration effectiveness among different teams
- Promote diversity within the organization and educate others to do so building high performing and diverse teams
- Stay abreast of the latest developments, best practices and trends to bring leading edge expertise to client*
- Conduct benchmark/strategic monitoring to ensure market competitiveness
Consumers, Customers & Stakeholders
- Connect and build a strong relationship with HRBP and team leaders to understand their needs and challenge/influence decision making
- Manage full lifecycle recruitment process
- Manage job postings
- Manage relationships with recruitment agency partners
- Lead recruitment process with HRBP and team leaders
- Conduct recruitment strategy meeting with hiring managers and define sourcing plan
- Utilize sourcing strategies that focus on building diverse slates of candidates.
- Conduct first interview screens to build a shortlist of candidates
- Debrief on candidates with interview teams
- Manage offer process in partnership with HRBP
- Master Talent market knowledge and local talent competitive analysis
- Build external Talent pools
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of relevant work experience and education required.
- Minimum of four years talent acquisition/full life cycle recruitment experience required. Prior recruiting experience in manufacturing and/or corporate supply chain setting for professional-level hires strongly preferred.
- Previous agency or search firm experience and/or prior HR experience where recruiting was a critical component of the work
- Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques.
- Proven track record of success in hitting high volume recruiting goals.
- Exhibited success as a team player and independent contributor.
- Demonstrated ability to follow process while being able to insert creative recruiting strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, verbally and written, and possess a customer service forward mentality.
- Ability to interact effectively among all levels of the organization.
- Proficient skill level in of MS Office Suite - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Prior experience and proficiency in ATS utilization required.
- Prior experience using LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
