Join us for our Speed & Strength program with licensed athletic trainer, Marissa Haug. Separate sessions are offered for middle schoolers and high schoolers!
Session 1: June 6th - 30th
Middle School - Mondays & Wednesdays | 12pm - 1pm
High School - Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays | 11am - 12pm
Session 2: July 11th - August 5th
