Candy Donation for Easter Eggs

We welcome your donations to help fill eggs for Easter Sunday's Easter Egg Hunt. We need SMALL, INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED CANDIES, including Gluten-Free and Nut-Free Candies. Our eggs this year are small, and we want your donated candy to fit! Please drop off at the church office by March 26

Cereal for the Children

Please help Trinity purchase single servings of cereal. The Highlands Lakes Crisis Network will be giving non-perishable, easy to prepare breakfast and lunch items to area children who will not have access to food this summer. Please make your checks payable to Trinity with cereal in the subject line, or put cash in the envelopes provided in the Narthex. Our goal is to raise about $2,500 to purchase 4,000 servings by April 16. Any questions? Please contact Bernadette Ellis (713-542-6843) or Rita Marquess (512-461-7066)

Thank you!

Sunday Adult Education

9:15 - 10:15am in the Parish Hall Classroom

Our usual Sunday class is a journey through the Bible using The Path.  Occasionally, we branch off The Path as noted in the schedule below.  The Path is the story of the Bible, excerpted in a format that is clear & easy to read. To prime our pumps for discussion, please read the Chapter and its Questions for the Journey from The Path before the assigned Sunday. You are always welcome to attend class whether you have done the assigned reading or not.

Uvalde Relief Funds Support Community Healing

You may remember in the wake of last spring's massacre at an elementary school in Uvalde, Trinity parishioners pooled generous donations to send $5,840 for relief. We recently received a letter from Bishop David Reed of West Texas thanking us for this donation and updating us on healing ministries taking root in Uvalde in partnership with St. Philip's Episcopal Church. The Children's Bereavement Center of South Texas will renovate and use a church building 'as long as necessary' to provide support services for children ages 3 through 23 and their families. The Center will employ 6 full-time staff and grief counselors. A labyrinth built by St. Philip's is already in place near the building and can serve as a vital part of this ministry. May God bless the people of Uvalde as they walk the long road to healing and recovery, and may this partnership with St. Philip's shine light upon this healing path.
