The taste of the Grillo is fruity, balanced, and harmonious. With its light, elegant acidity, it conjures up a fresh aroma on the palate. The finale is medium in length and melty.

Bright straw in color with green reflections. Complex aromas with vegetal notes typical of the varietal grape (tomato leaves). It also features nice notes of citrus, grapefruit, and has finishing aromas of white peach. On the palate you can find the same olfactory note as above. At the end a slight salty and mineral touch typical of the Karst terroir. Ideal with first courses, in particular with fine grilled fish, fish soups and white meat. It finds an interesting combination with Asiatic cuisine, spicy and bitter-sweet dishes.
