Announcements
Summer Pool Rules Begin Memorial Weekend!

The Alamo Ranch pools will be open and in full swing for the Memorial Day Weekend and the Summer Season!

Please remember that for the Summer Season, there will be a Pool Monitor at the gate who will be checking for IDs and working key access.

If you are a Renter, please contact the Association Office to be added to the Renters List for access to the pool. If you are a new homeowner and have not yet scheduled a New Homeowner Orientation, please contact the office to be able to access the amenities area.
The Main Pool Has Been Resurfaced and will Open Soon!

The main lap pool is closed while the new plaster surface cures. The Association Office will send out a notice when the pool reopens.

At this time, it is not safe to swim in the main pool until further notice due to chemical imbalances. Usage of the pool prior to the plaster curing will cause damage to the new plaster, this will in turn require the pool to be closed while repairs are made. DO NOT use the main pool until notification has been sent that the pool is reopened.
Please look for the future pool reopening announcement!
Flags & Yard Signs

The Board voted during the April Board Meeting to temporarily allow- Officially Licensed College and Professional Sports Team Flags. This will be allowed from now until the 2022 Annual Meeting, October 4, 2022. The Board is looking at a potential DCCR amendment to allow these flags, this would be voted on by homeowners at the annual meeting.

As we progress through the remainder of the school year we understand that graduations and celebrations will be in order for many of our students in Alamo Ranch. During the April Board Meeting, the Board also voted to place a stay on "school sign" violations through August 1, 2022. Yard signs memorializing your student's accomplishments will be allowed during this time. This means standard-sized yard signs (18"x24") will be allowed for students.
President's Corner
Hello, Fellow Alamo Ranchers!

Thank you to those who reached out to me with comments and concerns, as well as thank-yous. I really appreciated the feedback.

Our pool situation is ongoing but our manager is working very hard to get it done by summer. On top of needing to strip and replaster the pool we had to hire an electrician for the lights and they were not fast about it. The Board chose to fire the original company hired due to their constant delays. A new company was hired and completed the plastering this past weekend. We are now on track to have the pool open Mid-May, once the curing process is complete. The office will send out a communication once the plaster company releases the pool and confirms it is ready for use.

It was nice to see so many of you at the Easter Egg hunt! For those interested in helping with future events the Social Committee application is available on the website.

Remember to lock your car doors. There has been an uptick in burglaries in our area so please don't leave valuables in your car.

As always, I hope to see fellow residents at our monthly board meetings. Feel free to reach out to me or the office ladies about any HOA-related concerns.

Jordan Wagner, Board President
