Spring Into Speed (TX)

This is an 8 week run training program, for ALL levels, designed to get you to your fastest 5k/10k/Half Marathon. New this year is a maintenance option: If you love group running, but don't want to target a goal race you are welcome to join us! This plan is suitable for those coming back from injury, restarting after a break, or looking to build run fitness.

If you need to pause coaching for any reason, please remember we have a 30-day notice policy. You may only see a week or two in Training Peaks but your coach is working to build out the best plan for the 2023 season.
