LWVBCC Book Group
xxx"April Showers bring May flowers." As we begin to enjoy the flowers and sunshine, it is also time to share another book. Last month, we had an enthusiastic and meaningful discussion covering four books. This month, we will be focusing on just one: "The Conversation" by Robert Livingston. This book was recommended by Judge Mabel Mayfield at a Zoom meeting attended by the LWVBCC and members of the public in April. As a discussion, this book was a segue into improving our own thoughts and opinions -- no matter what the subject.
xxxLWVBCC members are invited to join in an active discussion at the home of Emelie Shroder. Please let her know if you plan to attend by calling 269-266-7299 or 773-612-7411. Hope to see you there! there!xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx--- Gloria
