The North American Skål Congress (NASC) is less than sixty days away. Winnipeg is planning an outstanding program for us. This is a good time to clarify financial assistance to Skål USA clubs attending.
Each club is eligible for a $500.00 credit from Skål International USA: their voting delegate must pay the full registration package including the host hotel single or double occupancy accommodation; attend the Annual General Meeting; and the new provision, their club must have a net gain of at least one Active Member over the average of the previous two years. The $500.00 credit must be applied for by the club within ninety (90) days of the AGM's conclusion. Only one credit will be given each club, except the club hosting the AGM is not eligible. Clubs with two votes are only eligible for just one credit.
All clubs are required to send a representative to attend the Annual General Meeting each year, which is held in conjunction with NASC. The authorized voting delegate shall be confirmed via e-mail from the club's President to the USA Vice President Administration no less than two (2) days prior to the AGM
